About
Nika Keller (b. 1992, Riga, Latvia) is a Swiss-based abstract photographer and mixed media artist. Working with long-exposure and close-up techniques, she transforms ordinary elements of nature into abstract images that invite reflection and stillness. Keller’s art invites a pause, a moment to notice the quiet details that sustain us. Through nature’s colors and textures, she reflects the fragility of our inner world, touching on inequality, trauma, consumerism, and mental health. Her works turn nature into a mirror, encouraging viewers to reconnect with their own values.
Nika Keller studied Business and International Relations at Aston Business School and completed an MSc in Information Systems Management and Digital Innovation at the University of Warwick. She later pursued further studies at the University of Oxford, Central Saint Martins (UAL), and completed Contemporary Art courses, developing her practice in contemporary art, photography, and creative direction. In 2017, she co-founded the Swiss School of Photography in Zurich, followed by the creative agency re:imagined, where she lead as creative director. She now lives and works between Lugano and Zurich, Switzerland.
